Narrow Web Cleaner
Many applications require a web cleaning system that contacts the surface to be cleaned i.e. tag/label printing, die cutting/ punching and laminating. Electrostatics narrow web high-velocity fixed brush vacuum system is the most advanced, most efficient product available today. Performance guaranteed. The web enters the vacuum hood assembly and is lightly contacted by a soft brush. This brushing action takes place while under the influence of ionizing air jets. This combination of ionization, air jets and brush neutralizes the static charge on both the material being processed and the contaminant. This prepares the loose particulate for pick up by the vacuum section. Should there be any residual foreign material remaining, it will be captured by a second combination, which will insure virtually 100% cleaning.
